We hope to deliver your item as soon as we can but due to the location of our warehouse some deliveries are estimated between 7 to 19 days including customised products.
Same Day Nottingham Deliveries
For customers in living in Nottingham and East Midlands, we offer the same day delivery service, helping to bring your urgent outfits, last minute gifts and more of your favourite products. Place your order before 12:00pm and you will get your delivery between 5-10pm, contact us before placing your order. Customised products are unavailable for same day delivery.

If you have not receive your package or your tracking code shows your package have been delivered but have not received it, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the order date to verify.
For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.
